As expected, I was the only one at this week’s writers’ group on Monday. Fortunately, I’d received apologies in advance and was able to go prepared. I said I’d go to every meeting, even if no one else was expected in case someone unexpected turned up. I took some work with me and cleared thirty-odd pages and several chapters of editing work.
