Tuesday 30 September 2025: September wrap-up!

Wow. I thought August had gone fast, but September came along and said, ‘Hold my coat!’

The new schedule does seem to be working well, and I didn’t have half a battle with the internet this time. Well, apart from when we didn’t have it still. It’s been so slow since it came back. I’ve been doing so many other things that don’t require a connection. At least I’m getting things done.

I finished the hard copy edit of the current client job, but I didn’t finish transferring the edits to the screen.

I had to finish August’s entry for the great novella challenge in the first week, so technically, I lost a week.

We cancelled the Monkey Dust gig and all gigs going forward, so I didn’t have to do any admin for the band in the end.

The flylady hour didn’t quite work, so I had to revisit that. And I cancelled all of the daily competitions, despite winning one.

And the dog came to us three times in the end.

September wrap-up!

  1. You got so much done. And good for you, getting rid of things that no longer work.

Again, condolences on the loss of your friend. It’s a difficult adjustment to the empty space where they used to be.
