It’s Friday today and I think I may finally be up to date. Yay!
Saying that, yesterday does seem to have disappeared down a dark hole.
The day started okayish. I was up on time and I fed and watered the birds, and I put some washing through. The poet went and collected the campervan to take it for its MOT and I stayed home and shared the gig list and did some Monkey Dust admin. I had one poster and one event to create and share. They have another private function too, but I didn’t have to do anything for that.
The campervan failed its MOT, which we were expecting. So it’s going back in before our next long jaunt away to have its brakes fixed and the doors re-sealing with the weather-proof gaskets. Only the passenger side was gushing through when it rained, but he decided he may as well have the driver side doing as well.
We had an early breakfast, because then I had to go to the dentist to have that broken tooth taken out. A major operation! (For me.) It went well, though, and to take my mind of things, he took me for a bit of a ride out in the car, but he had to get back for work.
Today it’s mostly editing with a bit of weekly admin thrown in.
Short and sweet again.
I think we’re going for a run out to the seaside over the weekend but apart from that we don’t have anything planned. Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s a good one!
