Friday 2 January 2025: December wrap-up!

I’m not going to do a wrap-up for 2026 this year. Most of you have all already seen it all anyway and I don’t want to bore anyone. Here, though, is how December 2025 panned out.

December wrap-up!

I only worked for half of December, officially, although I did carry on working on the client edit for the first week of our holiday, finishing at 1am on the Saturday morning.

Saying that, I think I did most of the jobs on my list. The only thing that really fell by the wayside was the blog posts for the in-between time.

Having worked solidly for the first week of our holiday around hospital and other appointments, I was shattered and ready for some time off, even if that did work out at only a few hours per day instead of whole days.

We did try to cancel a dog grooming appointment, but Son #2 ran that particular errand for us.

I ran out of both time and energy to meet the 31 December deadline for a short story. However, I think it may come round again next year, so all is not completely lost.
