I had a fair bit to do in July, and I was pretty much keeping on top of everything. Then Covid came along and wiped us both out for a good week in the end. That had an impact on some work, but face-to-face appointments were also cancelled.
We had a wonderful work reunion with some lovely people I hadn’t seen in 30 years. We had a nice stay in Stratford-upon-Avon. And we watched an excellent production in the RSC’s Swan Theatre.
I forgot to do my weekly backup, which means it fell off the schedule somehow and wasn’t put back. That will need to be rectified for August, if I can find somewhere to squeeze it in.
I didn’t complete any client edits, and I didn’t start Project Management for Writers: Gate 3. However, I did streamline the schedule so I was only working on one big project at a time and I managed to fit the shorter stuff in around it.
So, not a bad month all round.
